A turtle time cookie is one big wine-fueled party of pecan, caramel, and chocolate. I started with a cookie dough akin to chocolate chip cookies. I made the chewy caramel recipe from Tosi’s All About Cookies which is insanely delicious. Mix in some pecans and semisweet chocolate chippies and your hips will be swiveling.
